Programme Overview

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (D.M.L.T.) is a one-year diploma course that trains the students to become skilled and competent to work at medical laboratories. As one of the fastest-growing fields in health care, the students will learn how to diagnose and treat ailments and manage the various aspects of medical laboratories to become professionals.

Programme Outcomes

  • Knowledge of Subject – The students will learn in-depth about the concepts of Biochemistry, Blood Bank, Pathology, Microbiology and more.
  • Training – Through the course, the students will learn the process of identifying, inspecting and testing various diseases and be trained to use the laboratory technologies and equipment.
  • Communication – Students will hone their oral and written skills to correctly convey the diagnosis and treatment methods to the patients and their guardians.
